    Hello
My husband is EU national me non EU national. We live in UK.I traveled to join my husband and now'v got 5yrs residence stamp.(I have 5 years to go before ILR).
My baby was born here in UK before i got my residence. By law of my country she gets my nationality, so she is non EU national as well, thou she can get his nationality (but it's a long proses).
We need to apply for a residence stamp for her as well.
Do i need to get her a passport in order to apply for a residence stamp? (Because i have to travel all the way back home to apply for a passport for her) Or will birth certificate be enough?
    Thank you.
