My name is Sylvain and I am a 35 years old man.

I am planning to work in London around january 2011. I feel quite cumfortable to read and write in english, but I need severe concentration to follow a meeting in english. Moreover, I look like an annoying french tourist when it is my turn to speak.

I'm looking for a natural born english speaker for conversation exchanges. I would prefer a person:
- with a typical british accent and vocabulary, (no offense for our american friends, but my problems are specific to the terrifying british accent )
- very passionated by english litterature and linguistic issues.
- motivated to improve his/her french skills

I can also help this person for any issues, with french administration or employer/customer , requiring advanced writing skills.

Hello Sylvain,

I have just moved outside of Paris (Chantilly) as an Au Pair and read your post with great interest. I have a very good grasp of the English language having just graduated from my Masters degree in Journalism. All my friends say I am an english cliche with my accent so that part is covered! But in no way am i intimidating and i have just spent the last year living with 6 French students, whose english has vastly improved thanks to my help.
