This is my first post here and wondering if anyone can help?

I am a british born moroccan and hold dual nationality. my fiance was born and raised in morocco, but lived in the states for approx 13years and holds an american nationality as well as a moroccan one.

he moved back to morocco in 2009 and has been living and running his business since then. I joined him in morocco in 2012 and weve been living together ever since. We are now planning a move to the UK in the next 12 months.

sorry about the long story, but heres my question...

Should he apply for the UK fiance visa using his Moroccan or American passport? any input or advice would be highly apprectiated.
