Am evaluating a job offer worth 60,000 Euros annually in Frankfurt.
Though most of the comments i have read here seem to indicate that this is a pretty decent figure in that destination, my own calculations don't seem to suggest so. Can people here please let me know their comments on my figures?
I'll be living with my wife and our 3 month old baby.

Annual(Gross) 60,000 Euro
Monthly(Gross) 5,000 Euro
Annual(Net - After tax) 34,800 Euro
Monthly(Net - After tax) 2,900 Euro
Health insurance, Retirement savings, Unemployment, Long-term -1,000
Monthly (After tax and house) 1,900 Euro
Monthly house rent -800 Euro
heat, trash, water, insurance, building tax, housekeeper, gardening -200 Euro
Telephone/Internet -30 Euro
Power -50 Euro
Monthly pass for transport -70 Euro
Groceries, clothing and other -400 Euro
End savings 350 Euro

Looking forward to your comments or corrections. End savings of 250 Euro monthly don't sound safe enough to me as i'll be coming from the middle east.
