    Hi folks,

    reaching the end of my tether searching online for information on this, so thought I would try this for some help!

    My wife (who lives in Peru) is starting to apply for a UK spouse visa and is struggling to find/understand information on what the english test requirement is. She lives in Cusco, and wants to know if there is a UKBA approved test centre there? I know there is a list of approved tests on the ukba website, but it is not easy to understand as each test is liked to a test-provider's website and they in tunr offer a range of tests.

    Basically we're confused and need to know if she can sit the test in Cusco. She has discovered 2 test centres in Lima but nothing in Cusco.

    I know someone who did this in Peru - the spouse approved tests are a bit limited, and there isn't one in Cusco. There is a centre in Lima, which is where she eventually took it, but she was thinking of going on holiday to Rio and doing it there instead!

    Did you ever find the test centre in Lima? My wife is searching for the same thing to do her A1 English test and get a certificate.
