I am a non EEA national, living in france, my daughter (2 years old) is EEA national, she moved 3 monthes ago to live in UK with her mother (my ex-partner) which is EEA national too.

In order to go to see my daughter and take her to spend sometime with me in france, i am trying to apply for an EEA family permit but i am a bit lost..

I began fulfilling application form and I had some trouble answering some questions, here they are maybe someone could enlighten me

127 WHAT ARE THE EEA NATIONAL'S CURRENT EMPLOYMENT CIRCUMSTANCES?
Do i have to tell about her mother's current employment circumstances or just tell incapacitated as she's 2 yo?

128 DOES THE EEA NATIONAL HAVE A NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER?
I know her mother have NIN and that my daughter is attached to her, should i tell she has no NIN or give her mother's one?

131 DOES THE EEA NATIONAL RECEIVE MONEY FROM PUBLIC FUNDS AND/ OR BENEFITS?
133 HOW MUCH DOES THE EEA NATIONAL SPEND EACH MONTH ON LIVING COSTS?
Do I have to answer theses questions relative to the situation of my daughter or her mother?


Any other advice about my situation is very welcome!
