First of all Wicked to this web as i can see the immigration expert are just superb with great experience and talented.

We first let me discuss my case. Im an indian citizen living in london fell in love with a girl living in london. As we both work together even though we are in different country and orangisation but our work was co-related to eachother and we fall in love on phone and then later we used to spend a lot of time on chat, emails, phones, sms, letters etc.

After spending enough time i decided to meet her so i went to UK on 17th sept 2010 on Visit visa and returned back on 28th sept 2010 I have visit visa for 6months which is gonna expire on 2nd Feb 2011. Now we have decided to be with each other as husband and wife. My girl friend is an italian citizen but living in UK from last 4years. She is already a working woman and have a job with her.

As i have to move to UK to lived my rest of life so in Jan 2011 we are planning to get married but i need to know few things since it will be required to apply for visa to come to UK after i married on basis on my EU wife.

1. Which visa shall i apply EEA family permit or settlement visa as spouse
2. What are the chances of getting EEA family permit visa
3. I heared that EEA family visa takes a long time to procceed, so can u tell me how much time (days, week or month) will it take.
4. I have check the documents check list for EEA family visa and everything seems to be fine except one thing which is accomodation. She is currently living in an 1bedroom apartment in which she is sharing with her friend who is a guy but he is living in living room and she stay in bedroom. the tenant agreement paper is in both of her name. So will it create a problem for me during my visa application. Does the visa office will have any doubts. actually we are planning to rent a new flat after a month when i arrived in london so that we can a home as per both of our choice
6. she is elder than 13yrs so will it make any negative statement or thinking in visa officer mind ?
7. I already have a good job as engineer and working from last 6years in my life and have every doc will these things make a good impression ?
5.Last but not least :- we are getting married in next 4 to 5months after we had meet each other so will it make any kind of negative impression on visa officer that our marriage is made for visa purpose or so on.

Pls pls revert me back with complete answer as im really in need of that and i have seen ur answer in this website which is very much clear and helpful to apply for visa for any one..
