    I am coming Italy on tourist visa. is there any way to change tourist visa to work permit visa or any leagle process to stay and work in Italy? any body lower can help me??
    pls help me.

    If you plan to work in Italy, you must have a job and apply for the necessary documentation before you go to Italy.
    Any other solution will be illegal (although with your tourist visa you might be able to investigate on job opportunity and then make a proper application from outside Italy sooner).
