Hiya my name is waqar hussain i want to ask can i apply for EEA2 application on Certified Photocopies of Pakistani Passport cause i lost my passport and now Pakistani High Commisson said we can not issue you a passport because you dont have a visa you overstayed in uk so we can not give u a passport not i want to apply for EEA2 application form my visa got expired in April 2009 my fiance was born in United Kingdom we r living together she has irish passport aswell and she is 4 months plus pregnant with my baby. Please tell me what can i do because Pakistani High Commission is not issuing me a new passport because thy said u overstayed so can i apply for EEA2 application form on Certified photocopy of Pakistani passport. Please Help me.

They said we wont issue you a passport because you overstayed nd we dun give passport to overstayers. So what can i do now.
