I was hoping someone might be able to help...
Both myself and my fiance are Canadian, but I also have a British Passport. We currently live and work in the UK. He has a four year ancestral visa which allows him to work here.
We want to move to France next year, and are just trying to find out the regulations. I understand that as long as we are married, he will be able to work there as well. Is that right?
My other question is regarding the marriage, does anyone know if you have to be married for a minimum amount of time before you can both move to another country and qualify to work - or could we litterally sign the papers and then head off?
