Dear Expat
I heard that there is some standard room size to live in Belgium like for 1 person, 2 person etc. For 2 persons it is 28 m2 and for 3 persons it should be 40 m2. I also heard from some staff of city hall that now there is no such strictness in room size, is it true? This constraint is removed from a year ago. But on same day when I went to next section of city hall, next staff gave me above measurement and even for 3 persons, the staff said that it should be 40 m2 with three rooms though one of the member might be 3 years baby. strange??
So I would like to know what is the exact rule or measurement of the room in Belgium.
