Organizing workshop on mass payments & acting as SME plus the point contact of both partners.
Performing investigations & reconciliation on funds return /treatment relying to mass payments (Payable & Receivable).
Liaising with partners and internal stakeholders on a daily or weekly basis to close investigations.
Identify the risks that arise from our team's activities, and assess, escalate and actively engage in the management of such risks.
Escalate issues regarding people, processes and products and resolve in a timely manner.
Manage the breaches for our unit to avoid these being reported.
Pass all internal, regulatory review and audit with satisfactory results, no repeat comments.
Using tech as an enabler to achieve high level of automation & work with project manager /vendor to deliver projects on time related to
process enhancements.
Deliver solutions using new and existing technologies to meet business.
