Expat Newsletter April 2018

Latest News in our Expat Network

The last 4 weeks were exceptional for EasyExpat.com: we have worked as never before to offer a completely new forum system with many new functionnalities. After nearly 15 years using PhpBB as our forum system, we've decided to migrate to Xenforo (more modern, mobile oriented, packed with new features, but also more flexible and easier to maintain).

From now on, you have the possibility to sign up with your Facebook, Google or Twitter accounts.

But specifically we want to point out an important new feature: each thread is now labelled with the language mainly used in it, and by clicking on the label (little pen ✎ as ✎EN, ✎FR, ✎IT, ✎DE...etc) you will be able to see only discussions in that language.

For all the members, we recommend you have a look at your profile and if it is not already done, upload a profile photo and update your bio. For others, I encourage you to join.

Enjoy and see you soon on >>> our expat forums! Cool

Expat News

You will find below all our latest expat news, articles, interviews, forum posts and classifieds.

As we concentrated on the forums, we haven't published many news. However rest assured, everything is now back on track and you will have also updated guides from next month along with the usual expat interviews.

In the meantime, you might be interested by the article we have published on the International Baccalaureat: Why your child should study the International Baccalaureate?

For French speakers, you will find also an article (in French) about a new magazine for French expats: Un nouveau magazine dédié à la mobilité internationale

As usual, you can follow our posts on social media (and get fresh news about our upgrade... :-) ) and share your favourite resources, blogs, and articles for us to promote:

Don't forget to become fan of the page with the Like button and to tweet our news.

All our team thank you for participating to the Community and we look forward to seeing you again soon on our sites for more dedicated content on expatriation.

PS: If you have a personal expat blog, don't forget to register in our worldwide directory of expat blogs.
