Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

Answer sales queries and demonstrate products on a video call

Maintain an expert understanding of products

Supporting with content creation by giving input in ideas and assist with script writing

Upkeep and merchandising of the demo centre

Multi-channel support with chat and other tools.

Person Specification:

Comfortable on camera

Drive to deliver excellent customer service

Target driven to achieve sales

Passion for technology

Competencies:

Native speaker for your market + fluent English required

Works collaboratively within the team to drive the project forward

Considers the customer to deliver excellent service

Communicates effectively

Makes the right decisions and solves problems

Goal orientated to achieve targets
