Portuguese speaking Customer Service Team Leader - LISBON (ref 6919)
Our client based in Lisbon is looking for a Portuguese speaking Customer Service Team Leader to join their Team.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and guiding the team members, helping them with the daily job duties and providing training whenever is needed
- Monitoring the Team’s chats and emails accordingly with the SLAs
- Keeping the quality evaluation monthly
- Doing the performance appraisal monthly and provide detailed feedback to everyone in the team
- Suggest and implement improvement measures upon reports analysis and make a plan of action according with the needs of clients and service
- Clearly communicate all the relevant information to the company and to the Team
- Be the responsible for creating the reports to inform the company about the progress of the Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a Call Center environment)
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Native level of Portuguese
- Fluent level of English both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to accomplish tight deadlines and multitasking.
