Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent (8404)
Responsibilities:
- As a Dutch Customer Service Agent you will be the eyes and ears of our client’s online casino, you are the connection between the player and their online Casino and Sportsbook brand. You will contribute to the players best casino experience and propagate our client’s slogan: ‘You’re Welcome’!
- In this versatile position you will assist players via phone call, emails, and chat and you will manage player accounts. You will provide information and assist with i.a. on their website, the registration process, transactions, and our client’s licensed games.
- You will deal with complaints and assure the player feels safe and welcome in our client’s online casino.
- You also have the important task to inform and educate the players about responsible gaming and you’ll follow the set-out procedures to prevent gambling addiction and fraud.
- You will translate the player's wishes and concerns and share this information, along with your own bright ideas
Requirements:
- You are able to speak and write in Dutch (Native) and English fluently
- You will have a mid-level applied education (a Dutch MBO+) and have affinity with Customer Service or the hospitality industry
- You have strong communicative skills, both written and spoken
- You know your way around the internet, your keyboard holds no secrets for you and you have some technical insight
- You will always put the player first and you know how to keep them satisfied, you are professional and know how to show empathy
- You are solution-oriented
- You are a flexible multitasker who knows how to adjust quickly and will always keep your head cool in a fast paced and changing environment
- You are a team player and prepared to work in shifts
Good to have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry
