Experienced office manager
A multi-faceted role at the centre of multiple domains - you’ll be responsible for the smooth administration of our hotel-industry oriented international ISP. The Office Manager is responsible for the general administration for the company and for the Parisian office, as well as assisting the Comptroller and Managing Director. Your objective is to allow the top managers to focus on their commercial and managerial roles. The Office Manager interacts in a daily manner with French and international employees, suppliers, consultants and customers. You will also work with our UK, Romanian and Australian local managers, on French government paperwork and with our French, Australian & UK accounting firms.
The principal mission of the Office Manager is to help the Managing Director by liberating him from administrative tasks.
In summary, you’ll be in charge of the operational administrative tasks, for example:
Administrative support – mail, telephone, relationships with insurance/leaseholder
Communicating HR data to accountancy for payroll (vacation, absences, etc..)
Administrative support for Managing Director (calendar, messages, expenses)
Preparing non-operational equipment orders (office supplies, office equipment, etc…)
Organising and follow-up of recruitment campaigns
Organising the agenda and logistics for external or video meetings
Logistics for internal offsite meetings or external meetings such as trade shows
Organizing business travel
This role requires your physical presence at our offices in Paris 02.
The Office Manager supports all the team on a daily basis – you will be is responsible for ensuring that they have the right information and equipment to do their jobs. This requires adaptability, reactivity and flexibility.
You should be able to adapt to different contexts and cultures, which requires excellent relationship building and listening skills.
