Responsible Gambling Manager - Dutch Market

The Responsible Gambling Manager will be joining their new team that will be working with new customers in the Dutch market. You will be responsible for interacting with customers who may be at risk of, or experience, harms associated with gambling and ensuring that they receive the best possible service whilst adhering to their Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.

If you have strong knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures relating to Responsible Gambling and are willing to implement changes and improve procedures and practices, this is a perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a Responsible Gaming program together with the product and compliance team
Handle addiction prevention mechanisms
Work with Responsible Gambling tools and reports
Perform, evaluate and coordinate training of staff in gambling addiction
Monitor all players’ activity and take action accordingly
Encourage communication and collaboration across the business, team, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and develop cross-functional working
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against the “at risk” customer base

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Dutch
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Responsible Gaming practices within the iGaming industry
Able to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to make informed decisions
Willing to learn and strive to improve business operations while prioritizing player protection
A team player with a positive mindset and a flexible approach
You are an analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
