Recruiter (with Sales Background)

Job Description
- Reach out to passive candidates through cold calling
- Conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Obtain candidate's information and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Following up on previous candidates for potential conversion from passive to active job applicants
Requirements
- Proven experience as telemarketer, cold caller or similar sales role
- Must be a native or near native English speaker
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle call rejection
- Must have a solid skill in cold calling
- Detail oriented and can follow simple or complex instructions
- Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
