Position: Oversea customer support

Working hours: 9.00-18.00
We will leave the operation management dedicated to overseas projects of customer support mainly for game applications.
・ Social experience 2 years or more
・ Over 1 year of experience dealing with corporate customers
・ Japanese language business level (Japanese test N1) or higher
・ English skill native or business level
・ PC skill (typing, browser operation)
・ Create minutes using pc input, chat on skype, slack, etc., and use video conferences on a daily basis.
・ Use Excel skills (data creation, functions, etc.), Word (text creation, table creation, paragraph manipulation, etc.) in daily life.
・ Management experience, experience of organizing teams, etc.
・ Customer support experience is welcome (support experience in English is a plus)
・ Powerpoint skill (presentation materials creation, etc.)
Expected annual income: 3 million yen to 4.5 million yen
Basic salary: 187,000 yen to 280,000 yen per month.
Fixed overtime fee: JPY 63,000-95,000.
Fixed overtime hours: 45 hours.
Overtime work: On average 20 hours/month.
Additional payment of wages for overtime work.
Break time: 60 minutes.
