Today we are helping one of Europe's leading online retailers of shoes, textiles and leather goods to find its next bilingual Swedish customer relations manager.

Young and dynamic company, the group is present in about twenty European countries and continues its strong development since its creation in 2006. Based in Grenoble, France, the company has nearly 450 employees.

Descriptif de poste
As part of the customer service department dedicated to the Swedish market, the tasks of the account manager are divided into three main activities:

- Answering telephone calls and e-mails from Swedish customers to help them with any questions they may have before the sale and to resolve any after-sales problems.

- Translating articles from French to Swedish for the website.

- Management of the e-reputation in Sweden, via the consumer opinion websites.

Profil recherché
Your mother tongue is Swedish and you are fluent in French.

You have a first successful experience in customer service. (optional)

You have a perfect command of office automation tools and the Internet.

You have a strong sense of service and your priority is to put the customer at the heart of your preoccupations. You have a strong interpersonal skills.

You are autonomous with a strong team spirit?
