I've been a Recruiter for 6 years and was able to support different industries like IT (3 years), executive search (1 year), contingent staffing (2 years), pharmaceutical (6 months), finance (2 years), high volume (2 year) and realty ops (2years).
My first job was as a recruitment associate and I got promoted to Recruitment Specialist after 5 months. I also experienced working with an executive search firm for project-based employment. The year 2019, I was a Talent and Sourcing Specialist at one of the biggest HR Consulting firms globally. I was hired as a Sourcing Specialist at Korn Ferry supporting Hewlett Packard Enterprise (US account), then got promoted after 9 months as a Talent and Sourcing Specialist handling IT and non-IT roles, after several months they transferred me to a pharmaceutical account supporting GlaxoSmithKline, then I got promoted again to a Senior Sourcing Specialist responsible in helping the Executive Search team. Currently, I am with Cielo Talent, an RPO company and I am remotely supporting our client Walmart as a Recruitment Specialist and now a Recruiter.
I am proficient in application tracking systems such as Workday, Talent Cloud, Sky Recruit, and Indeed. Also, I use different job portals such as Linkedin, Indeed, Recruitin.net, Jobstreet, Monster, CareerBuilder, RocketReach, Hunter, etc. when sourcing candidates.
