I am currently a graduate student in France, and have been studying International Business for the past year - École Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes. As my studies here approach a closure, I have begun to focus on my graduating paper. The emphasis of my studies will be human resources: American (US & Canadian) expatriate performance and management. To successfully complete my study, it is my hope to administer an online survey examining the influences of American worker’s performance abroad.
I am contacting you today in hopes to see if you would be interested in participating? I kindly ask you to take a few minutes to answer questions on your expatriated stay. The information collected will be used to better understand this global process and help your organization meet the needs of you and your family.

This study is being conducted by a graduate student enrolled in the Masters of International Business Program at ESC-Rennes School of Business (France) on exchange from the University of Northern Iowa. As your firm continues to grow and expand into new and developing markets, it is essential for the human resource department to move swiftly and accurately to manage their employees. Today, multinational firms are experiencing immense losses due to the premature return of expatriates and failed international assignments.

    Thank you!!
