White House pandemic coordinator Jeff Zients said that all travelers from overseas, provided they are fully vaccinated, will be able to enter from "early November". Finally!!!!

But they will also need to get tested and wear a mask, while a contact tracing system will be put in place.
It seems that if we got the AstraZeneca jab (as this is my case in London), we should be able to come to the United States, although this vaccine is not recognized by the United States Medicines Agency (at least that's what the European Union said).

I saw on the BBC that some people have not been able to see their family for nearly 2 years! US borders have been closed to millions of international travelers, whether tested or vaccinated, since March 2020 and the US is currently still banning its territory to most foreign nationals who have resided during the last fourteen days in the 26 countries of the Schengen area as well as in Ireland, the United Kingdom, China, India, Africa South, Iran and Brazil.
