hello there,

i just got married yesterday in denmark with a brazilian. i am a swedish citizen but am not registered in europe, because i live mostly in north and south america. i do have a secondary residence in spain.

how do i proceed now so that my brazilian wife can get EU benefits in terms of getting a permanent visa and not being treated with suspicion by immigration every time she enters into europe?


any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

i live in spain...and was now told now that i must and can only register my marriage in the country where i got married in. is that true?

i am swedish got married to a brazilian in denmark. can i register with the swedish and brazilian consulates in spain instead, or must i go back to denmark and do it there?

please let me know...
