    Hello everybody,

I am currently conducting a survey on "trust in distant leadership" within the scope of my master thesis at the department of international management at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany).

For this I am looking for persons that are ...
... distant leaders of at least one person/follower that is located in another country than the follower.
    OR
... distant followers that are located in another country than their leaders.

Distant leadership means, that the leader and follower are located in different countries while mainly working virtually with each other.

The survey will only take about 8 min of your time. You find the survey at: http://ww2.unipark.de/uc/kerl_Array/9b00/

In case you know somebody else that fits this profile it would be great if you could forward this survey to this person.

I am most grateful to every participant of the survey!

    Best regards,

    Franziska
