✎ EN Secondment to UK - PAYE & NI refund for 1st year?

    Hi,

    I understand that if working in the UK under secondment from overseas, I'm able to claim back NI and PAYE payments for the first year. Does anyone know how to go about this, which forms to complete, what paperwork has to be supplied in eveidence, etc?
