Hello - i would like to know if anyone could help me with the possible steps needed to marry my partner. I am a citizen of the bahamas and my partner is from spain but currently resides in london. I know spain allows same sex marriage and the uk recognizes civil unions. I guess my questions would be:

    - could we get married in london and would i be able to reside there afterwards, or would it be easier to just get married in spain.

    - do i need a special type of visa if i plan on marrying my partner, or can i travel on a tourist visa?

    Thanks!
