Please help me out!!!!

I am a married women. Actually my husband will be doing masters in Optometry with Scholarship over their , and I will be going as dependent , Presently I am working as HR- Executive/Recruiter, since 3.5 yrs ,
So I want to know what are the chances of me getting a job over their as a dependent , and how much time it will take and will I get the job in the same field , and what could be the salary range offered to me initially ,
and will the amount sufficient for our living over there.

or is their any way by which I can directly apply form India , and get job over their before we land up in Australia ,
Please help me out in this regard as soon as possible , based on this I have to take a decision.
