    Hi everyone,

    As our last and first evening on the 29th of july was a real succes lol! and we all said that we want to do it again :), what do you think about another gathering next week on thursday (as we already agreed on the fact that thursday is definitly the best evening of the week to hang out)?

    We could meet in one of the frog's pub (frog ans rosbif, frog and princess...) for example and we could settle on 7:00 or 7:30 pm to start the evening!

    So? What do you say? Any suggestions?

    Ya it's a good idea....I was waitting for the new meeting...and I was thinking that you will try to do it each week....but just a simple question...where is it that frog's pub :)

    Hi Melaine,

    I'm French, is it a problem ? I've spent one year in UK and still go up there now and then. I love everything which is English, and miss England, English food, people so much....

    Besides, I'm new in Paris and know noone here !

    last but not least, I'm on Holidays on the 19th of August, I wouldn't make it anyway, but what for the next meeting ?

    Nah, sorry for the lack of reply, I was just abroad, as usual, with little time to spare for easyexpat.

    I wish you all luck for next weeks's pub, as I won't be able to join you (but I should be coming to the thursday gathering in London, Cyril).

    I'll hopefully be there for the next one, with a massive amount of people for La rentrée.

    If you come Thursday the 19th you might see Justin, from New Zeland, who is going to work and live in Milan and will try to activate/motivate the EasyExpat community in Italy... :)

    Hi guys,

    sorry I didn't answer to anyone earlier but I haven't been in Paris over the week end (which means no internet! :() and I have to admit that I am really busy at work these weeks...

    It seems that a decision was taken about the time and place. It's cool with me. I really hope that we will have enough space for all of us as it seems that there will be quite a lot of people. Anyway, it should be fun!! :)

    So it's settled:
    the Frog and Princess at 7:30 pm
    9, rue princesse
    75006 paris
    metro Saint Germain des pres    .

    To answer Sandra and Sergey's question, absolutly everybody can join the group. Last time we had quite a few frenchies (as you seem to worry about being french and not being allowed in the group... and I'm french myself) and the "rule" was "french/english exchange". Which means that we can speak french or english... or any other language we want to, really! In fact, I think it would be more exact to say that the "rule" is to spend a great evening!! ;-)

    Well, enough babbling.
    I will make sure to tell the bar staff where we are this time, so nobody will get lost. So, ask for the "easyexpat group". Or you can look for me. Some people managed to recognize me last time after looking at my web site... (click on my name to find the link) Last hint, I'm blond with short hair at the moment.

    I am really looking forward to thursday evening.

    it was really a great meeting, we were a great nice group from almost france, UK, ukranie, Canada, a couple from Germany and Egypt. Thx to everyone, Samina got us a great offer of future disscount at the Frog's pub, so I think it's now up to lam to finish the deal, and thx to Melaine for always coming with a great group. We have talked about a lot of things Cinema , works, vacation, music, carriban life, the difference betwwen british frensh and american (Oh my GOD) lol! lol! ..girls... and of course food. Now we know that POP Music stands for popular music :)
    We have disscused about letting the meeting regular may be every two weeks...so I hope we can arrange it.
    by the way the enviroment was fully british.......
