I am an Indian married to EU national. We both live and work in Germany.

Does my wife need visa to visit India?

    Hi ...Thanks for your reply

Can you give me more info on how to register the wedding in India? Is it possible to register it at an Indian embassy in Germany?

I read somewhere that when the marriage is registered my wife's name will be written in my passport.

When contacted the Indian consulate I get conflicting information or no reponse at all!

Did you register your marriage in India`? What type of visa your wife needed to visit India.

    Thanks
