My husband is from Lithuania and worked for over 2 years without a break.
We are renting a room in a flat. Landlady is renting her flat from council. When we moved in she said that she is allowed to rent a room and it is in her tenancy agreement with council. We lived here for 10 month. She lives here with her son. Now she got married and is pregnant. She wants us to move out.
Are we eligible for help from council to apply as homeless?
