✎ EN Getting married in Denmark help UK+ non EU

    Hi everyone I am a UK citizen planing to get married in Denmark to my Burmese girlfriend. I have a few questions. 1. after we get married in Denmark will she get a European permanent stay visa. 2. will she be able to come back to the UK with me straight away or does she need to stay in Denmark or Europe or will she have to go back to Burma? 3. Me and her got married in Burma but was informed the Foreign Office will refuse to certify that notary, will that complicate things for me and her in Denmark?

    If anyone has any advice please feel free to share what you know. It has been very difficult for us so I hope someone has good news for me. =] thank you.
