Did you know that only 3% of the Dutch population are able to perform First Aid? Some very simple skills can easily save lives and our aim is that everybody knows about it. We invite you to learn these skills in order to make a difference! The Red Cross Amsterdam organizes a First Aid training in English for the first time and everybody is welcome to participate. This is your chance to learn how to help in case of: - Heart attack (CPR) - Choking - Bleeding - Skin wounds - Skin burns - Injuries to bones, muscles and joints - Neck and spine injuries - Intoxication - Chest pain - Stroke After 12hrs of training you will receive a First Aid Certificate which is valid in all European countries. Take your knowledge to the next level and follow 8hrs of extra training to receive the First Aid Extended Certificate.
