    Hello everyone,

Being expat in the United States is an opportunity to participate to festivals organized in your host country.

What are the festivals, must-see and unusual events not to be missed in the United States?

What advice can you give? Should we buy tickets well in advance? Are they accessible to families?

Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences.:thumbup:

I am an American living abroad in Berlin, and for the first time International Women's Day is a a holiday here. I had never heard of this holiday before moving to Germany and was curious if it is celebrated in the US at all? Do any cities have protests/demonstrations/parties?
