I don't think the problem is to leave Egypt with the car, but to use the car in Germany (thus I moved the topic in the Germany forum).
If you use an international company to move the car, they should be able to advise you on the admin process when you arrive in Germany.
A few things you will need to comply with are:
- having been abroad for a certain period (for example more than 12 months)
- owning the car for a certain period before the move (for example 6 months)
- being able to show the proof of purchase and the Egyptian registration documents
- get the German customs documents and eventually pay the customs fees for import (if you don't comply with the first 2 points, otherwise the fees might be lifted)
