    Hi all, What can we supply as proof that we live together? We don't have any join account or join house contracts. Also bills are on my husbands name. I am EEA.

    Well, first of all if you are married we should assume you live together. Your marriage certificate should be the main document.
    Do you have any mobile phone contract or maybe letter received on your name at the address?

    Thanks for the response Cyrilexpat.
    We have marriage certificate and we are living together. My husband was already in Dubai before I joined him so all the registrations were done by him on his name before even I joined. So no proof at same address exists :/

    But don't you have a mobile phone bill? (or maybe you get one).
    In addition you are applying for British immigration, right? If you are Indian (in your profile) how can you be EEA? You must have another nationality then... We have plenty of information missing here... :(

    Hi, i have a question about EEA family permit. Do I need to write a cover letter explaining my relationship history with my husband (the EEA NAtional)? And also, i have a declined tourist visa in October 2017, will it affet my EEA FP application? Thank you in advance :)
