Hi all, just wondering if you could help me out with something.

I have been waiting for 5 weeks now in Denmark for my permit which will allow me to learn in Denmark. The office that deals with these permits said that it would only take 3-4 weeks to come through, and now it has been 5 weeks and it has still not come.
I have phoned up the office and waited for 30 mins, but never got through to talk to anyone.
Should i go to the office in person and ask what has happened to my papers? Or is there another way?
