    Hi,

We are interested by your feedback on the cost of living in Barcelona. With EasyExpat.com we have already a useful tool to compare the cost of living in some major cities in the world.

However we do not cover all the countries, nor all the destination where you can eventually decide to expatriate and gives a rough estimate. And a lot of questions come back regarding the cost of accommodation, transport or day-to-day life.

If you live in Barcelona, you can help the community and give information about the cost of living. You might be able to give indication and comments on the needs:
 Food (what to expect, what to find).
 Accommodation price in Barcelona. Rent?
 Transport (public transport but also the necessity and cost of using a car)
 Services (gas, electricity, telephone, internet...)
    Tax
    Health, Education
    Entertainment (restaurant, cinema, theatre...)
    ... etc.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience with the community

The small bars and restaurants are much cheaper than in France, between 1.50 and 3 euros max for a beer, a coke, a glass of wine on the terrace ... Again everything depends on the place and you can eat well for 10 - 12 euros / person.

You just have to know the right places but with all the French living in Barcelona, it's not hard to find the right plans.

Level night club, between 15 and 20 euros the entrance. Consumption whiskey, vodka, rum: 10 euros the glass.

Public transport costs just 1 euro. If you take a T10 card, it allows you to make 10 trips by subway, bus, tram or train for 9.95 euros.
