Yes he has been living in brussels for more than 6months.
So from 27th august i have to wait for 12 weeks?

I am preeti sharma from India. I need your help regarding dependent visa for belgium.My husband is working there and i applied for D-visa on 25 feb 2016 from Delhi embassy.
Rite now my file is at immigration office belgium and decision is pending recipt of documents. I dont know where the process goingb i have submitted all the documents during the filing of visa application.

I am working in Belgium from 7 Feb 2016 (Approx 3 months) , I have applied for my wife's dependent Visa on 12 May 2016 at Mumbai VFS. It would take how much time to get the Visa?

Can anyone please help me with this.

I dint received visa yet. yaa. but, the documents which they asked for in april, i submitted them .and now i am just waiting. i tried contacting the immigration office but they only say to wait.
