hi there you dont have to go to UK to apply for EEA family permit you and your husband can apply EEA FP in Poland all you need to provide is marriage certificate and letter from both of you that you guys going to uk fill up vaf5 form and make appointment thats it
and if you want you can provide some supporting documents bills pics etc its pretty simple and easy to get EEAFP

just to make things clear: I can live and work in Poland, and so my husband, but we can apply for EEA FP because we want to move, right?
Another question: in the application they ask for how long do you want to stay in the UK and we want to stay there for many years, shall I put it or shall I say : 6 months?

first -yes
second-i think you can put couple years as EEAFP is valid for 6 months and then you can apply for Resident permit later on

Then, one more thing, do I/we need to make a letter-statement we want to live together in the UK and that he is my dependand now in Poland (as he is because it is his first month of work in PL) and therefore he has no money on his account?
Any other letter I need to make?
Shall I show pictures, bills of phone calls, airline tickets, etc. to prove the marriage is a genuine one with the first application or later on? thanks!!

Its my bad luck that i filled wrong part 7 and 8 of eea family permit online application form.
part 7 is that in which i had to filled details of eea nation and by mistake i filled mine then in part 8 which is for under 18 yrs n family details of that child who is under 18 has to mentioned i filled mine.
now i m too uch upset n dont know what to do.
can any one suggest me what should i do or what will be continuance.
