    Hi all

Would you propose a good location for a couple with two-year-old boy?
We will most likely work in the City of London.
Son will need to attend nursery.

    Thank you.

A good place to start is with Guide to London. It includes information on where to live, renting, and nursery options.

You can also try connecting with expats here on the forum, through the expat Network in London or through expat blogs in London. We've also had several expat interviews in London.

Hope that helps! Let us know what you find and what tips you have for other people & expats. Anyone else have tips?

It's difficult to say. You have many locations famil-friendly for people working in London:
Hampstead, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, West kensignton and of coruse the very expensive Chelsea/Kensington but also Notting Hill and Marlybone. Then many places in zone 3 and 4 where it is much greener and less expensive to enjoy a house with garden.

Best of luck and keep us informaed of your findings.

There are many beautiful places to live in London but in your condition the places like Central London – Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Hampstead may helpful to you.

Very hard to say, London is a safety city and you will feel safe anywhere you want to stay. Nurseries are not good option if you plan short period. As per as my knowledge central London, Blackpool, Wandsworth and Wimbledon are good. In that places you will stay in reasonable pric.

If you find any other reasonable and safety place in London please replay me...
    Best of luck your journey...
