Aupair wanted in Italy --- 2 aupairs wanted in Italy (one for a friend of mine and one for an acquantaince)

One au pair for a small city in central Italy - 2 girls aged 4 and 8 need help doing homework, getting snacks, and sometimes getting ready for school.
The mom needs help keeping the house cleanish and making sure the girls do not kill eachother ;-)
There is a language school a 5 minute walk away so a chance to go to that if you are interested. They speak italian, danish, and english.
They are looking for someone to start asap.

I also know a couple who is looking for an aupair for there 2 little girls - she lives in Perugia. I don't know the details but I can send her e.mail if you are interested.

    Dear Kel,

I am writing regarding your message titled "Aupair wanted in Italy". I found the Aupair positions you described as both charming and intriguing. I love children and am currently looking for a position in Italy - so I had to reply immediately.

    My Background:
My name is Skye and I am a 27 year-old Australian girl who is a permanent resident of the United States. I live in Virginia and work in the centre of Washington, DC.

    Why Me?
I am sure that you have already had several people write to you regarding this position, so I am going to briefly describe why I would like to be considered: -

    1) I love children = I find children a joy and love spending time with them. Co-workers, friends and family ask me to babysit often, as the kids and I have so much fun together. My sister recently had a little baby girl and I visit their family often to play and live the adventure and beauty of aunthood.

    2) I have experience as a teacher = I enjoy teaching children and assisting them pursue their goals/dreams. Having been a teacher, I can help children with their homework, and encourage them as their schooling becomes more challenging.

    3) I am the youngest of two girls = I come from a family of two girls, so I can relate to the comment of "making sure the girls do not kill each other". Though my sister and I did argue a little as kids, we have always been extremely close and always will be. So overall, I understand what it is to be a sister:)

    4) I like to clean = I often get teased about liking to clean, but I honestly enjoy cleaning and organizing things. During college, I cleaned/re-organized houses on the weekends, and I often visit my sister's house and help her with household organizing, laundry etc. Needless to say that she is delighted, as she apparently doesn't love to clean nearly as much as I do.

    5) Why a small town in Italy = I have worked throughout my college life, going straight from college into full-time positions in the work force. As my desire is to eventually be a full-time writer, I really want to take time-out from life in the USA to travel to a different culture and learn and experience new things. Such experiences will only improve my writing, as I will have a whole new realm of things and ideas to write about. After doing research, I decided that Italy was the perfect place for me to search for such an adventure. Thus, why I am responding to you.

I do hope that one of these Au Pair positions is still available. I also hope that you will consider me for such a position. Should you need references or photos, I am happy and willing to send you anything that will make you more comfortable with your Au Pair search.

    Sincerely,
    Skye:)
