    Hi there my name's Samina i'm an english girl who has just moved from Cambridge England, to live with my french boyfriend here in Paris. As yet my french is completely hopeless but i intend to start french lessons on my return from a long planned holiday.

    Would love to meet with other english speaking females to have coffee, wine, shop and basically have a laugh. It would be good to hear from french girls too but at this stage i wouldn't be saying much in french.....sorry.

    I head for holiday on the 23rd July and won't be back until 7 - 8th August so if you get in touch i promise to be in contact some time soon.

    I am a french girl living in paris since january. I just came back from 2 years in the US and I do not know anybody in Paris yet (pretty hard to meet people when you are on your own...). So I would love to meet people to make new friends and I would love to meet english people as I miss talking english and the english culture so much.
    I could also help you a bit with your french if you want (eventhough I bet that you have the best teacher at home ;0))

    This is my very first visit and my very first message. Actually I registered one minute ago !

    I'm a French girl, after one year in Luxembourg. Before that I was in England, not so far from Cambridge and, just like you guys, have no friends in Paris...

    I miss England a lot, and would be so happy to share a drink, coffee or whatever, in English would be perfect...

    waiting to hearing from you, girls, I'd be very happy...

    This is also my first message etc, only just signed on a few moments ago!

    I'm an English girl from Norwich who is over in Paris for the year to do a stage as part of my University course. I've been here a month already and would really like to get in touch with some new people - to shop, have a drink, go to the cinema, whatever!

    I've been learning French for a while, but lack the confidence to actually speak so think it's about time I got my bum in gear and start improving, seeing as I'm in Paris and have the opportunity!

    Hi Kiera,

    It's a small world. I lived and studied in Norwich for a total of 5 years. Loved the place but really wanted to live abroad for a while. Would love to meet up and have a good old natter.

    We could either meet up this week for coffee or it looks as if people are trying to have an easyexpat get together this thursday but i'm not quite sure of the details yet.

    away from Paris for the week end, back to base for work...

    well, that's very funny indeed, I used to live in Bishop's Stortford and my best friend is in Saffron Walden... I just love Cambridge, and been to Norfolk once (that's not 5 years is it ? anyway, at least that's something ;-)

    won't be able to join te easy expat meeting next thursday, I'm going to Amsterdam to visit my sister on Thursday... I'll be back early September, ready to meet up with you and ready for anything...

    I am sorry I couldn't answer earlier but I have been pretty busy these days.

    I just posted a message about the evening on thursday. I think that would be great to meet there in the first place as Samina and Kiera want to go. I am sorry that we won't see you Sandra, but I am sure that we can arrange something next week and there should be another big evening in 2 or 3 weeks (I think everyone should be around for the start of september! It will be easier then)

    If you get this in time you should join us tonight (thursday 19th) for drinks at the Frog and Princess pub, 9 Rue Princesse, Metro St Germain des pres. There will be a mixed group of us.

    I saw your message and i really would love to come to the get together tonight, but unfortunately i cant. I am a 25 year old Dutch/ American, and i have been in Paris for a few months, teaching english. I would love to meet some new people and hang out, whatever. Paris is great but can be a lonely city too.

    I am Ana-22 student, will be in Paris in October for one year.So I hope to meet all of you soon.I have to take a frech course, my french is very veeeery poor now .But I really do my best to know it well; )))In the meantime hold tight!!!!!English people without french. French with a basic english and both language speaking lucky guys
