maybe somebody will can help me or give some advice.
I am from Poland ,nowadays i am in Uk from 11.08.2012 r. I am working like a au pair and i just registred myself like a self employed because i am also a beauty therapist.I am working like a mobile beutician .At the moment i am living whit family for who i am working,but i have family here (my sister from Poland whit husband ).
My husband is from Pakistan.We are married 1 year.Before we were living togheter in Cyprus .My husband came in Cyprus in 2009 r for study,all time he was legall there.He starts work in November 2011 (full time job whit insurance and contract) and he is working until now in same place.He recived (yellow slip) work permit and residence in Cyprus .
Now i am in Uk and we want to apply for EEA Family Permit for him .
What are you thinking- how we can sukcess in this processing? It is possible in our situation to take this visa for him? Which documents we will need?
I will be thankfull for all advices.

 

Thanks a lot for answer.Basic information i have,but maybe somebody can share whit experience about it? Maybe somebody was in simmilar situation?
I think maybe we are not in very bad situation,because our marry is already cheked from Cyprus immigration office (they made whit as many interviews and in the end we bouth recived Cyprus residency permit ).
