Our family will move to Singapour in summer 2012. We have a child who is 11 and suffers from Diabet type 1 for 3 years. I am lolling for any relevant and practical information about this matter.

Hello-
I would recommend starting with the EasyExpat guide to Singapore. It has section on doctors, health care system, etc.

You may also want to try contacting expats in the area through the network or expat blogs. The Diabetic Society of Singapore also appears to be a great resource. Best of luck in your move!
