This is crystal im form Taiwan im studying in BIRMINGHAM

i tried to phone UK Home office several times would like to ask question.

The situation is like this, my original student visa will expired on the end of Nov 30th

But something wrong happened, i may failed my 2 assignments which i cnt start to write dissertation .

The exam centre said once i decided that no more doing my dissertation , they will phone UK HOME OFFICE to cancel my VISA

They only told the result date coming out MAY 14TH
but they DONT KNOW the official diploma taken date*(the uni cnt tell when they will cancelled my visa)

im goning to getting married on June 2cd in Birmingham , if my student visa being cancelled before June 2cd, Can i still getting married here?....
i went to register office , the lady tell me once my passport is not expire i can still get marry here...but they are not sure.

We are planing to apply EEA2 VISA on June 10th,,,,,if my student visa (the worse situation) being cancelled, can i still apply eea2 with tourism visa,,,,,,,,,

i dont need to apply tourism visa, we are under visa free policy to enter uk.
my future husband is romania with legal working right to live and work here.

just the last questions regarding if u send the application can i still working or ?

Thank you very much your reply, i saw the FAQ ALSO UK HOME OFFICE before i asked question here.
we couldnt apply the marriage and Fiance visa, cuz he only lives in uk 4 year, its has to be 5 year permanent resident in the UK., so we cnt apply those type of the visa
