You don't extend EEA Family Permit, you apply for EEA2 - just a correction.

Doing a search of the forum, I think some of these responses may be useful. In addition, check out the FAQ section and information on EEA2. Also consult the official resources on the UK Border Agency site.

Anyone else have personal advice?

Ok! thank you guys! we also found that information a minute ago...
I also heard that it might me easier if I find a solicitor, just to make things easier...
don't really know if it's gonna make them easier, what do you think?
I will keep reading the EEA2 form and the Uk Border Agency web site, and I will let you know what I found, thanks again... ;)

I would say no, don't waste money on solicitors - they aren't cheap and if you find a cheap one, you shouldn't be using him ! It depends on your case though of which you have put no details so can't say with more surety.

    Good luck !

The EEA forms themselves are not a pain to fill out and complete, as long as your grasp of english is good. Obviously there may be some items there that may sound vague with your interpretation, thus this forum.

But I have to agree in previous posts that solicitors/lawyers would not necessarily make it easier for you, not to mention they can be quite costly.

The forum is here - just ask.
