In February 2011 I went to Nepal to marry my boyfriend, who is Nepalese.
And there I applied for EEA Family Permit for my husband to join me in uk.
Because I am unemployed and on Income support due to long term sickness, they refused him Entry Clearance.
I am of French Nationality and lived in Uk for more than 16 years.
All we want is to be together and start a family as soon as possible.
I am thinking of going back to Nepal to start a family and eventually apply again for my husband to come and join me in UK.
My question is once pregnant under which category of Visa would I need to apply for him?
We love each other and we want to be able to live as a normal couple and have a family.
Can they still refuse him his visa even if I am pregnant?
