Your best bet would be trying to find work in some hotels. There are plenty of international hotel chains you can send your CV to.

A great place to start when thinking about moving abroad is with the Guide to Istanbul which includes information about Turkish visas, finding work, and accommodation. Another idea is to connect with expats already in the area. You can do this through the expat network in Turkey (once you've made a few posts to prevent spam) or through expat blogs in Turkey.

It can be hard to find a job without being on location. Is it possible to move to Turkey with some savings? Is there a certain position you are looking for? What skills do you have?
